Shipping
All domestic bike rack orders are shipped via UPS unless otherwise noted by the buyer. Please email me before your purchase if you would prefer an alternate carrier.
We cannot ship to a PO box with UPS.
All international orders are shipped via USPS, this is the best available price.
If shipping damage occurs you will receive a refund for the damaged product after it has been returned and a claim has been filed with adequate photo evidence.

Items are non-refundable. All sales are final. Refunds are only available if shipping damage has occurred, see shipping policy.
